Boglárka Nagy is a young painter with a glowing vibe and thanks to her outstanding talent she has already earned a noted spot on the palette of Hungarian contemporary art. Beside individual and group exhibitions, she has attracted bids at auctions. The number of her collectors is continuously growing, too.
Composed with dynamic strokes and bursting with colours, her pictures are expressive and full of life. You feel the spirit of the 21st century in her works, while her portrayal of humans is bold, frivolous and sometimes provocative. Her women are sexy and beautiful.
Her art is marked in every bit by sunshine, blue skies, freedom and a love of life. The women radiate a positive outlook, which affects the spectator . Happiness takes over, and we smile. As if we’re on a beach or in the mountains, we sense visually the sunshine that lights up and dominates the mood of the paintings.
