BIO

Gábor Krüzsely was born on September 23, 1972, in Uzhhorod. He graduated as an art teacher in 1995 and later studied visual communication at the Eszterházy Károly Teacher Training College in Eger. His mentors included renowned Hungarian painters Péter Földi and István Nagy B. Since 1992, he has participated in numerous prestigious exhibitions and is associated with the artistic circles of Ar2day Gallery, Atel Gallery, and Artel Gallery.

Krüzsely’s artistic style is refined and distinctive, combining painting with graphic elements through his own unique mixed technique. His works are characterized by a recognizable world of colors and forms. The figures in his paintings dance, embrace, play, search for connection, and celebrate life on a visible yet flexible spatial net. The artist threads his moods and emotions through this network, wandering symbolically through time and space. By bending forms and emphasizing focal points, he creates tension and meaning within his compositions.

His belief in universality is deeply connected to the idea of balance. A central element of his artistic philosophy is that while the artist journeys through life and creation, it is through the smallest details that a complete whole emerges. As Dr. Júlia Fabényi, director of the Ludwig Museum, wrote about his art:
“He does not deny absence, but rather reveals and brings it to the surface through his paintings.”

His work has also received official recognition. On August 20, 2019, he was awarded the Hungarian Silver Cross of Merit.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging – ART CREED

I live like an organic MRI machine. All information forms itself into images. Every vibration appears as a visual fragment, which I paint as a universal energy formula — quantum mechanical and astronomical snapshots of existence. I transform energy into images, freeing the viewer’s consciousness from the illusion of mere vegetative existence. I nourish the dormant subconscious spirit with ambrosia.

I transfer the omnipotent energy of body and matter into my paintings. My hand moves as the universe moves. Loops, waves, and the music of spheres are all energized by force. Every power belongs to everyone, and everyone eventually returns to themselves, unites, and falls apart again. It develops infinitely — still and moving at once: a single line and millions simultaneously.

I paint to reveal universal unity and to dissolve the illusion of transience, because the eternal spirit is the greatest art.

OPINION

Brendan N Ward

Professor of the Arts

The School of the Arts

Columbia University,

New York, 2014 :

“Fusion painting merges the abstract space of the inner landscape with the tactile images of the human form to create an astounding, beguiling, narrative splendor. This is the stuff of greatness. Krüzsely has unlocked the secret mathematics of hidden forms, animated by a graphic vocabulary and overlaid with painterly familiarity. The result is pure energy given over to material contemplation, a spiritual blessedness rooted in physical sensuality.”
